Herbs. Color. Peace of mind.
Sage grows wild on the slopes of Lebanese mountains. Its silvery leaves,
swayed by the Levantine wind, carry the scent of ancient times
and a sense of inner balance. The name of our restaurant,
Sage /seɪdʒ/, stands for wisdom, authenticity, and knowledge.
This is who we are.
At Sage, we cook just as Lebanese mothers and grandmothers have done for generations,
with an instinct passed down through genes and ingredients that still
remember the earth from which they grew. We follow an old principle:
a guest in our home is sacred.
Lebanese cuisine doesn't chase trends. It simply is—vibrant,
aromatic, honest, and generous. We don't reinvent it;
we pay it tribute. We select our products with mindfulness, cook
with patience, and serve dishes with natural confidence.
Sage is not just a place you visit only to eat.
It is a place where you find peace.
