§1 SUBJECT MATTER OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(1) These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay in the Hotel and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing the registration card, as well as by making a reservation or paying an advance or full payment for the service. By performing the aforementioned actions, the Guest confirms that he/she has read and accepts the terms and conditions of the Regulations. 
(2) The Regulations are binding for all Guests staying at the Hotel Sopot.
3rd The Regulations are available for inspection at the Hotel Reception and for download on the website at https://www.hotelsopot.eu/regulamin-parkingu.
4th The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to provide services to persons not complying with the Regulations.

§2 PARKING SPACES

(1) The hotel makes the following parking spaces available to guests:
(a) Underground garage with 20 numbered parking spaces.
b) An outdoor car park with 8 numbered parking spaces.
c) An outdoor parking area with 3 parking spaces marked with special signs and intended for a 15-minute stop during check-in and/or check-out and to take luggage.
(2) There is an intercom in front of the entrance to the underground garage, by means of which the possibility of entering the garage is verified on the basis of a previously made parking space reservation.
(3) There is a barrier in front of the outdoor car park, which is closed when the number of parking spaces is exhausted and the entry of another vehicle will create a hazard and/or obstruction to the movement of vehicles in the car park. 

§3 UNDERGROUND GARAGE

(1) The underground garage has 20 numbered parking spaces.
(2) The underground garage requires prior reservation of a parking space.
(3) Failure to reserve a parking space in advance shall preclude entry to the underground garage.
(4) The cost of reserving a parking space in the underground garage is 150 PLN/day.
(5) Reservations are valid from 3:00 p.m. on the day your stay starts until 12:00 a.m. on the day your stay ends.
(6) The hotel reserves the right to change the price of the underground garage parking reservation at any time.
(7) Vehicles equipped with an LPG system and vehicles with an electric motor must not enter the underground garage.
8. any vehicles such as scooters, bicycles, scooters, etc. vehicles with electric motor drive shall be prohibited from entering the underground garage.

§4 OUTDOOR CAR PARK

(1) The outdoor car park has 8 numbered parking spaces.
(2) The outdoor car park does not allow for prior reservation of a parking space.
(3) The parking space in the outdoor car park is free of charge for Guests of the restaurant and SPA at the Hotel Sopot. Free parking is valid for 3 hours. Parking longer than 3 hours costs 90 PLN/day.
4th The Hotel reserves the right to change the cost of a parking space in the outdoor car park at any time and/or introduce a charge for parking in the outdoor car park.
5. the outdoor car park has 3 parking spaces marked with special signs and intended for a 15-minute stop during check-in and/or check-out and for luggage removal.
(6) The outdoor car park is equipped with appropriate bicycle parking stands.
                                                                           

§5 RESPONSIBILITY OF GUESTS

(1) The use of the services of the Hotel Sopot shall respect good manners and generally accepted social norms, including the curfew in force from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
(2) The use of Hotel Sopot facilities shall be in accordance with their intended use.
(3) In the event of behaviour deviating from accepted social norms, aggressive, vulgar behaviour, threatening the health and life and safety of hotel property, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse to provide services.
(4) In the event of destruction, damage to hotel property, the Guest shall be financially responsible for the damage thus caused, including both those arising during the Guest's stay and those discovered after the Guest's departure.
(5) The Hotel reserves the right to charge for any damage incurred, including that caused by children and animals, the card given to guarantee payment, informing the Guest of this and, on request, providing photographic documentation and a repair estimate.
                                           

§6 HOTEL'S LIABILITY

(1) In the event of noticing any damage to the property, the Guest should immediately notify the Hotel Reception.
(2) The liability of the Hotel for loss of or damage to a vehicle is limited only if the damage results from the action of an employee of the Hotel Sopot.
(3) The liability of the Hotel is also limited if the damage resulted from the nature of the object brought in or due to force majeure or if it was caused solely by the Guest or a person who accompanied, employed or visited the Guest.

§7 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

(1) Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises of the Hotel.
2. the public areas of the Hotel Sopot are covered by video surveillance to ensure the safety of persons and property. The person accepting these rules and regulations agrees to have their image processed for this purpose. Surveillance data is stored for a period of one month and is only passed on to entities authorised to do so on the basis of appropriate written authorisations.
(3) Children under 12 years of age should be on the premises of Hotel Sopot under the constant supervision of their legal guardians.

§8 PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, we inform you that the controller of your personal data is Hotel Sopot Sp. z o.o.
